He holds a German Board certification in urology from the University of Bonn and Koln hospitals and has a Ph.D. in urology. Specializing in urinary incontinence across all demographics, Dr. Mahrousseh offers comprehensive and specialized urological care, leveraging his extensive experience and robust educational background.

Elssy Abi Aad is a dynamic healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience blending clinical expertise with strategic operational management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Lebanese University and an International Master’s in Business Administration from Saint Joseph University / Paris Dauphine-Sorbonne.

Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Inaya Medical Center, Elssy oversees nursing services, reception, and call center operations to optimize patient access, care delivery, and institutional readiness. Throughout her career across prominent healthcare facilities in Kuwait and Lebanon, she has demonstrated extensive expertise in JCI accreditation and Planetree person-centered care standards. Her leadership encompasses quality assurance, operational compliance, staff development, and clinical coordination aimed at delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

HR Manager
